Shipping Policy
We process all orders within 2–4 business days. During busy times like drops or restocks, it may take up to 5 business days.
After processing, shipping usually takes:

3–7 business days in the U.S.

7–21 business days for international orders
You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you don’t see it after 5 days, email us at rackzappareal@gmail.com.
We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they’re shipped. Please double-check your address before checking out. If a package is returned to us due to a wrong address, you’ll need to pay for reshipping.

Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final — but we got you if there’s a real issue.
We accept exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, as long as:

You contact us within 3 days of delivery

The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Your desired size is still in stock
You cover return shipping; we’ll send the replacement for free.
We offer refunds only if:

You got the wrong item

Your item arrived damaged

Your package was never delivered (confirmed by tracking)
